We are not an ordinary coffee company. Boca Java was founded on one core philosophy: the pursuit of the perfect cup of coffee! We only use the best beans and we roast to order to ensure our customers get their coffee at te pinnacle of freshness.
Coffee is considered "Roaster Fresh" for approximately 45 days after roasting (half that time if the coffee is pre-ground). To ensure our customers get the best cup of coffee, we don't start roasting until they place their order. We also label each bag with the date the coffee was roasted or "born". Buying the best beans from around the world and roasting to order are just two of the ways we show our commitment to providing the absolute freshest and best coffee possible.
